Design Ordering is a partnership model that allows consultants, agencies, and service providers to offer high-quality graphic and web design services without hiring in-house. You manage the client relationship and strategy, while I handle design execution.

How the Partnership Works
You bring the clients, manage communication, and lead strategy. I deliver all agreed graphic and web design work professionally and on time.
No. The partnership agreement is ongoing. A new Statement of Work is only needed if the scope or pricing model changes significantly.
We discuss expectations, sign a formal agreement, and then begin collaborating on client projects immediately as they arise.
Communication & Workflow
We use email, Slack, or another agreed platform. Regular check-ins ensure transparency and alignment.
You submit a brief with client requirements. I confirm scope, timelines, and milestones, then proceed with design and delivery through agreed feedback stages.
Quality & Delivery
Every design goes through a review and feedback process to ensure it meets professional standards and aligns with the client’s goals.
When are deliverables released to the client?
Pricing & Revenue Sharing
Clients pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Each payment is split evenly between us once received.
It applies to graphic and web design services. Services outside my scope, such as consulting or strategy, remain 100% yours.
Any work outside the original scope must be approved in writing. If it involves my work, revenue is split 50/50.
Client Relationship & Transparency
You do. You remain the main point of contact and decision-maker.
